I could use the sync factory mic to place calls and talk to sync but when i used android auto and tried to ask for directions my voice would not register. It can be change, you have to create a script than can be downloaded on to a word document and placed on a blank thumb drive that has been formatted and you add your logo that has to be set at very specific dimensions, color ratio, format style and etc.
