Ps4 automatic downloads annoying

From my experience it will automatically un-pause all downloads at around 1am. It does this even when I have all automatic download options turned off. It's annoying as hell if I'm in the middle of a game and everything trying to download at once starts lagging me out. I am the true originator of the Cookie Demon theory on the SH2 and 3 boards.
